For HR and benefits teams

Toothache costs a morning. We get them back by lunch.

Dental help for every employee at 75p a head a month. A UK dentist checks the problem from their phone, then books a fixed-price visit near your site. No claims, no forms, no admin for you.

The same toothache, two ways

One employee. One Tuesday.

Without help, a dental problem turns into calls, a morning off and a quote they can't judge. With Instant Dentist, it's photos at their desk and a fixed-price visit near work.

Questions HR teams ask

Is this dental insurance?

No. It's dental advice and booking. It works alongside any cover you already have, and stands alone where you have none.

What do we see?

Anonymised totals by site: sign-ups, use, case types, turnaround and satisfaction. Never an individual's dental details.

Who are the dentists?

Named, GDC-registered UK dentists who never treat the employee and are paid the same whatever they conclude.

Do staff pay for treatment through you?

No. Visits are prepaid at a fixed price. Anything beyond the visit is quoted by the practice at a member discount and paid to them.

What if a site has no partner practice nearby?

We tell you before launch. Staff there still get the dentist's answer and plan checks, and can take the answer to their own dentist.

The pilot

One site, up to 5,000 staff, 90 days, no charge

At day 90 you choose: roll it out at 75p a head, add Access or Care, or stop. If you stop, staff can keep Access at their own cost.
