Named dentists you can look up, who never treat you
Every answer is signed by a GDC-registered UK dentist. You can check their registration on the GDC register by name or number.

Panel dentist. Reviews complex cases and joins the 20-minute review calls.

A fixed amount for each case they sign, the same whatever they conclude. Their statement shows cases and time, never figures by verdict that could suggest a target.
What they never see
Which practices are partners, which slots are free, what the visit costs, or how practices are rated. That's how the wall between advice and sale is kept in the software.
The double-read
Between 5 and 10% of signed cases are read again by a second dentist who can't see the first answer. Any disagreement goes to our clinical lead.
Checked every year
GDC registration and indemnity covering remote screening are checked before a dentist's first case and every year after.
If something isn't right
Tell us within 14 days of a visit and we open a ticket with you and the practice the same day. Our clinical lead reviews every complaint about an answer.
